Book restoration
Atelier Liberarius was founded in 2011 and from that period is serious in its specialism. Atelier Liberarius is a restoration studio for books and paper, as well as a manual bookbinder for luxury binding and cardboard. We often work with valuable books or with books that have emotional value for people. Yvonne followed the Handbookbinding course of the KVGO section of handbook binderies and then the Book Restoration course at the National Archives in The Hague. During her training she gained practical experience and worked with Maria Atema for more than 10 years at Restauratieatelier and Handboekbinderij "De Kooihoek" in Brakel.
